Overall the most beneficial part of the nutrition plan was finding out what I was putting in my body. I definitely think twice now before I eat anything. My habits have definitely changed, and I make much better decisions.
I’ve also found out that planning ahead is key in a healthy diet (and it saves you money which is nice). Don’t get me wrong – I miss my Whataburger among other fast and easy foods, but I know now that I am much better off without.
As far as Erik is concerned, he was more than helpful anytime I needed it and I appreciate all his advice. I would definitely recommend this to anyone I know that is struggling with their diet, because this is definitely an eye opener.
