“What has changed?

1-My mindset. I honestly wasn’t sure I could stay away from all of the inflammatory foods, I thought my love of dairy would cause me to trip up. I am not typically a meal prepper and because we live so far out of town and happen to be on the go a lot, I turn to fast food often. I have avoided the inflammatory foods (minus one day I’ll explain in a bit). All of them! And big bonus I avoided all fast food and always had my prepped food on hand! I got funny looks at the ball fields eating out of Tupperware instead of chowing down on nachos lol! But I for once in my life feel like I have control over my food and not the other way around!! I ate at Mexican food Restaurants and avoided chips and salsa! I ate at steakhouses and avoided the breads! Those are huuuuge wins for this carb loving girl!

2- My weight. I’m down around 12 pounds but I can tell lots of inches! My nail lady yesterday commented on how skinny I looked and wanted to know what I was doing! If you know nail ladies, they aren’t going to just compliment you! 😂😂

3- My cravings. I am not going to say I’m not tempted for some of the old foods but my body now craves the good stuff and when I don’t get it there is a very noticeable difference in how I feel. I ate off plan one day while out of town at a water park. I didn’t eat as terrible as I normally do but definitely indulged in some no-no’s. I woke up in the middle of night with stomach pain and intense heart burn. The whole next day I felt groggy and cranky! It was bad enough that I knew I didn’t want a whole day of indulging again if that was how it made me feel!

4- My energy! I feel so good all day! I drink way less caffeine, usually only one maybe two cups of coffee in the morning and that’s it! I also have much more energy during my workouts!

5- My nutrition knowledge. I honestly thought I had a pretty decent knowledge of nutrition and what it took to lose weight etc. I am here to say I did not. HA!!

Honestly this program has been life changing for me! I have never been able to stick to something with such consistency!

Thank you guys for teaching me I can have control over my food and that it’s WORTH it!!”
