Areas of improvement: Honestly everything besides sleep. I got lots of compliments on my look (loss of weight) and mental clarity in meetings.

I loved it! It was simple for me to follow. I did not do the meal planning, can't stand leftovers. So I made every meal, simple and tasty. I found that I really enjoy cooking and am better than I thought at it.

Do it! It isn't going to break you, stress you out, make you irritable or frustrated. I cheated mildly on occasion to get my fixes in and still got the end results I wanted.
