It was one of the best health choices I've ever made. It was well run, the perfect length, and the exact mix of science, coaching and help that I needed.
I think the onboarding was perfect - the progression from hand measurements to weighing was so spot-on. It introduces you to the duality of making healthy choices every day but also being in it for the long haul.
There is some elimination but a lot of that is temporary. Everything has a reason and the reasons are based on science.
It was really great - I hit new highs for weights at the gym, I feel alert (without sugar or caffeine) at work and I'm more patient at home.
