The program was streamlined and user friendly. I had been interested in WAG and RP but really scared of the templates. Adaptive Nutrition made it easy to follow and understand because of the app and “bite-size” lessons.
This helped me change my views on food, counting macros, what to eat, when to eat, etc., as well as helped me with my fitness goals AND helped me lose some weight. Win win all around. Best decision ever.

I really enjoyed it - saw a huge change in how I look and feel. I also found it really important to cut out soy, dairy, sugary foods and alcohol...did not realize how just cutting those things out would make such a substantial change in how I feel and look.
I just kind of accepted that I’d never be super lean and where I was, was as good as it was going to get. One of the biggest things I’ve taken away from Adaptive is how much food affects your body and done right, it can very much work in your favor. Not only do I feel leaner and healthier than I’ve ever been but I feel STRONG.
