How do you know if your program is working? By measuring results - anything else is a guessing game. We track not only bodyweight, but sleep, visual progress, blood work, and improvements in health issues.

The Adaptive Nutrition Program was hands down the best thing I could have done for myself in 2016. What I got out of the program was life changing.

What to expect

Our process is divided into four stages. We begin with setting a solid foundation of eating habits and progressing to weighing and measuring food.

 

Stage 1

Create a solid foundation of eating habits.

At our first meeting, we talk not only about nutrition, but also lifestyle factors that will affect your nutrition goals. We discuss sleep, work schedule, family life, stress levels, and training routine - all of which will greatly impact your results.

We then teach you which foods are the best fuel for your body and general guidelines for optimal amounts of protein, carbs, healthy fats, and veggies to have at each meal, as well as how often to eat.

Stage 2

Learn how to meal prep and ease into weighing and measuring food.

We teach you tricks and tips for how to prep food for the week. In addition, you'll use the same basic meal portions from the first stage, but start using a food scale to see how much is going on your plate in preparation for the next stage.

Stage 3

Learn exactly how to fuel your body for aesthetics and/or performance.

In this stage, you begin using the app, which will tell you exactly how much to eat and when. You'll start weighing and measuring food to achieve optimal body composition and training performance.

Stage 4

Make any necessary individual adjustments to meal plan.

Our formulas are a great starting place for knowing what's best for your body to perform and look its best. We recognize that everyone has different genetics, nutrition histories, and lifestyles, so making individual adjustments to meal plans only makes sense. We discuss everything from sleep and workout supplements to food allergies.
