We get it - the online course can be a big commitment. Six weeks of changing your eating habits is a big deal!

What exactly does the course include?
6 easy-to-digest course modules. Each module contains 1-5 short, entertaining videos on everything from metabolism to sleep, daily supplements to self-care habits, as well as key action items to apply what you learn.
A web app to provide you with your meal plan, mobile-friendly for easy on-the-go access. After building a strong foundation of nutrition and lifestyle habits, your customized meal plan will show you exactly what, when, and how much to eat to optimize body composition, energy, and training performance. Includes options to lose weight, build muscle, or optimize.
Access to a private Facebook group, where you can ask our coaches questions and share tips and strategies with other course members. Because change is better made alongside others!
Resources to make healthy eating as easy as possible, including a grocery list, meal prep recipes, guides for eating out at restaurants, and more.
Prizes valued at $200+ awarded to those who show the most consistency in implementing their new habits!
What’s new with the course?
The short answer: Everything. At the end of last year, we decided to completely rethink our course offering. Every time we've run an online challenge, we've deepened our understanding of what content and resources people need and want. We wanted to include everything so that you can achieve your goals as easily and efficiently as possible.
How is the course different than just using the app?
Using the app without taking the new online course is like following a recipe without first taking a cooking class. It’s helpful to have your meal plan, but nutrition is just one part of a healthy lifestyle. The course covers metabolism, sleep, stress, hydration, daily supplements, meal prep strategies, how to move past plateaus, and other factors that create results and the healthiest version of yourself.

I’ve been through the program before as a private client or through a past challenge. Why should I sign up for the online course?
Many of our clients like to go through our program more than once. Sometimes there’s a specific goal they’re working towards and want coach-led guidance and accountability to ensure they get there. Some go through a major life event and need a hand getting back on track. Some recognize that they need accountability to do well. Others have shared with us that they just weren’t in the right mindset the first time they did it, but were committed (and successful!) the second time around. Whichever the case, we're here to help!
This feels like a big expense. Why should I invest in this course?
If you consider how important your health is, the course is a small but hugely impactful investment. For 6 weeks at a little over $30 a week, you’re not only ensuring a better day-to-day experience now, but you'll be setting the foundation for a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life.
This isn’t a course in crash dieting where we ask you to follow strict rules about how to eat. It’s a guided experience on how to align your lifestyle with your goals and find long-term balance. We want you to come away not only with the tools but the knowledge and confidence to achieve any health or weight goal you have moving forward.
We've had participants whose issues doctors couldn't resolve, as well as participants taking multiple medications for sleep, blood pressure, and cholesterol. After 6 weeks on our program, their issues were almost completely resolved and they no longer had a need for expensive medications.
Although we humans prefer not to think long-term, food can have very gradual, far-reaching effects. It can be motivating to think about the future healthcare costs you avoid by making the commitment to take care of your body TODAY. Your health is everything. Without it, we have nothing. I’m so busy. As great as the course sounds, I just don’t know whether I have time for it. What should I do?
