Progress Beyond Bodyweight
We’ve changed lots of things about how you approach food the past four weeks. Many of you have seen changes in bodyweight, which is something to celebrate!
However, the effects of nutrition are far-reaching. Remember that bodyweight is just one metric of progress, and oftentimes the way you look or feel can be a better indication of the positive changes that your body is experiencing.
