Using Your Customized Meal Plan

Congratulations! You’ve made it to Phase 3 of the program!

In this phase, we'll give you give you the exact portion sizes to eat based on what your body needs taking into account:

  • Gender

  • Age

  • Height

  • Weight

  • Body fat percentage

  • Activity level and duration

On Monday, advance to Phase 3 by clicking “Phase 3” at the bottom of the screen in your app.
