We have all heard sleep is important, but just HOW important to body composition, performance, and health is it?

When looking at the results, clinical and anecdotal, it's clear: sleep is absolutely critical. When clients seem to be doing everything right but they’re not getting results, 9 times out of 10 there’s an issue with sleep.
