Becoming a Meal Prep Boss

Having your meals prepared ahead of time is key to seeing success on the program.

Eating healthy is much easier if your food is tasty, ready, and available (and much more likely to reach for that break room donut if it's not!). 

Weekly meal prepping is a great way to do this because you can efficiently batch prepare food, rather than cook from scratch for every meal.
