The answer is individual and will vary for each of us. We know that to meaningfully change your body composition, weighing and measuring your food reliably gives you results.
If you're still working to improve your body composition, performance, or any other health metrics, we recommend using the app until you've achieved your short-term goal.
If you're interested in simply maintaining your current body composition, then eating high-quality food in about the right portions (going back to Phase 1) will likely work great.
Either way, it's a good time to start reintroducing foods!
