Keeping Things Spicy in the Kitchen

If you’re sticking to a plan and getting results, you might worry that branching out and trying new foods will stop your progress. You might feel trapped or constrained. Or maybe you’re just stuck in a rut with your food not know what else is available to fit your plan.

Our goal is to help you find a sustainable way of eating. Avoiding food boredom is critical if you want to see the benefits of the program long term! If you’re bored with your food now, you'll almost certainly slip back into old habits and lose the results you've worked so hard for.

So the question is…how do we keep things new and spicy in the kitchen?!
