Subjective Measures to Consider

Let's take a moment and tune in to more subjective measurements.

Ask yourself:

  • Am I less dependent on caffeine to get me through the day?

  • Do I have better, more even energy throughout the day?

  • Am I waking up less groggy?

  • Am I sleeping more soundly?

  • Do I crave junk food less?

  • Do I feel more mentally clear and focused?

  • Do I feel less bloated?

  • Do I feel less of a need for medications (TUMS, Pepcid AC, Advil, etc)?

  • Is my complexion clearer?

  • Is my mood better? Am I less cranky?

  • Do my workouts feel better?

Is there something we didn't mention that you noticed along the way?

Or, if you went off plan at some point did you notice any negative side effects of your nutritional detour?

Taking note and understanding food's role in these improvements will hopefully make eating healthy easier moving forward.

Instead of thinking of food as either "good" or "bad", we hope you're learning the effects it can have on your daily life, making it easier to make choices that leave you feeling great.

Take a moment to reflect on and share any improvements you've noticed in the Facebook group.

(No more quizzes - woohoo!)
