Setting Your Biometrics
Your meal plan uses your biometrics (gender, age, height, weight, and body fat percentage) to calculate your portion sizes.
To build your meal plan in Phase 3, make sure you've input your biometrics by doing the following:
- Go to the three dots "…" next to the graduation cap icon in the navigation bar.
- Click "Biometric Settings."
- Update your settings. You can estimate body fat percentage visually using the photo below, use your own at home scale. An exact measurement is not necessary. We use this as a proxy for how insulin sensitive you are. Leaner people are generally much more insulin sensitive and will perform better with a higher level of carbohydrates in their meal plan.
