When do I eat?

Eat within one hour of waking up

For example, if you wake up at 7am, eat breakfast before 8am.

Eat 4 meals each day

Space meals 3-5 hours apart

For example, 7am, 11am, 3pm, and 7pm.

Now think of when your meals will be ahead of time.

What time do you wake up? What time will breakfast be? What about early lunch? Late lunch? Dinner?
