Pan Seared Italian Ground Turkey & Veggies

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp salt (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp pepper 

  • 2 tsp rosemary

  • 2 tsp thyme

  • 1 lbs ground turkey

  • 1 1/2 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 small red onion chopped

  • 1 cup chopped plum tomatoes

  • 1 medium zucchini chopped

  • 2 tsp garlic minced

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat pan over medium high heat with 2 tbs of olive oil. Add the ground turkey and cook for 7 to 10 minutes until cooked thoroughly.

  2. Once the ground turkey is finished in a separate pan, turn on medium high heat, and add 2 tbsp of olive oil. Then add red onions, garlic, broccoli florets, and plum tomatoes. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

  3. Add the cooked chicken in the pan, along with salt, rosemary, thyme, paprika, basil, pepper, and zucchini. Stir and cook until zucchini is cooked to your liking (3-5 minutes).
