The App Tutorial



Welcome to the Adaptive Nutrition program!

We're excited to help you not only look but feel better. Our goal is to help you understand the impact nutrition has on your weight, energy, mood, and overall health, and provide you with the knowledge and tools to achieve your health/training/aesthetic goals moving forward.

As a first step, we recommend you save the link to your meal plan to your browser and mobile phone if you have an iPhone. You'll be visiting it daily, so this will make it easier to access.

To save it to your iPhone home screen:

  1. Open your meal plan in Safari on your iPhone.
  2. At the bottom of the screen tap the square with an arrow pointing up out of it.
  3. Tap "Add to Home Screen."
  4. You'll be asked to choose a name for the home screen icon, and then save it. When you're done it'll show up on your home screen next to your other apps.

Getting Started

To help you get the most out of the app, follow along with this tutorial. We'll go over how to use the app, how to address questions and concerns, and things you can do in order to see the most success.

Though the app is simple, this tutorial will help address topics such as how to make customized adjustments, how to make sure you continue to see progress, and how lifestyle factors such as sleep can affect your goals.
